BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CIKARANG) [47980] COMPANY CATEGORY : Japanese Real Estate/Property Management JOB SUMMARY :

• Conduct research and business anayize on property industry (macro economic, market trend, competitor monitoring).
• Create a Feasibility Study and project proposal for new project base on the company strategy.
• Monitoring and review all running project.
• Other related tasks.

 EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

• Education: Bachelor Degree Finance/Business Administration/Management/Architecture major
• Language: English Intermediate Level
• Experience: 5 years in Business Development field of Property/Real Estate Industry
• Research & Analytical skill ; Conduct research to identify market trend, able to do study High use & Best use
• Business development skill  ; develop financial analysis / business plan and further develop into project proposal
• Willing to work project site Cikarang
