• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborates with the other finance team to support overall finance department goals and objectives.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Work with the Finance Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
• Support Finance Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
• Supervise the accounting team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Develop and improve accounting team.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Analytical and problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comunicate with management and other business units.
• Ability to work independently, self- motivation and reliability.
• Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Adaptable to changes and proactivity.
• Detail oriented and accuratee.
• Experience in Big 4 KAP will be an advantage.
