1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field, country manager experience will be a plus
2. At least 10 years of working experience and 3 years of which shall be in generator field, experience in company operation, team management and sales direction preferred.
3. Know well on customs clearance procedure, distribution network, finance, tax declaration, products, logistics.
4. Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and work under pressure with Can-do attitude
5. Experience with high end government for institutional business..
6. A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
7. Highly target driven, with excellent communication skills
8. Fluency in English is a must
9. Fluency in Chinese will be an advantage.
