• Installation, maintenance and provision of daily support for servers (linux server / windows server), network devices, Windows hardware & software, tools including printers, scanners, external hard drives, etc.
• Maintain smooth network and internet in the factory area.
• Backup configuration of network tools and also backup server data.
• Receive, prioritize and complete IT help requests.
• Perform maintenance and periodic checks of software and hardware on the user's computer.
• Provide recommendations for purchasing IT hardware, software and other related matters.

Requirements : Candidate At Least Strata 1 in Engineering (Computer/Telecomunication) or equivalentAt least 3 years experiences in IT position (Software and hardware) or related field is requiremd for this position.Required Skills: MySQL, Data Analys,Hardware Installation, Software Installation, IT Infratucture, Networking Set up.Good english proficiency.
