- Provide legal recommendation for the documentation of the company’s business,
- Preparing or reviewing and negotiating transaction documentations to ensure the interest of the company has been legally protected.
- Responsible for legality of cooperate legal actions such as agreements with third parties. Includes legal drafting, legal opinion and legal review.
- Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters
- Validating/Vetting Contracts, Agreements/Amendments and negotiate on Legal clauses
- Work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasks
- Bachelor or Master Degree, majoring Law
- Recognize Key Areas for Legal Due Diligence Review
- Able to make an effective and easily understandable legal document.
- Relevant experience in managing Legal & Compliances in a corporate company/ies.
- Excellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentations
