Your daily routine will be:

• Be the legal advisor to all business stakeholders on various legal issues
• Provide day-to-day legal support for the cross-functional department, including support associated with business process improvement and operational matters
• Handle company licensing that related to PMA (Perusahaan Modal Asing)
• Create, evaluate, and modify the Code of Conduct and company regulations.
• Review and drafting business contracts and/or partnership agreements between vendors and investors.

You'll enjoy (or survive, depends on the case) if you:

• Have a distinction knowledge on contract drafting with at least 2-year experience
• Experience in working with a close deadline along with a good time-management
• An excellent negotiator and communicator with internal and/or external side of legal-related clients or vendors
• Have an extensive understanding of Indonesian Laws of business, employment, civil, and companies.
• Are experience in creating financial contracts that corresponding with the PMA and/or PMDN
