Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
• 7 years or more experience working in a top tier technology, business consulting management, multinational technology, investment banking companies or any related technology roles or engineering domains;
• Experience in product development and project management process
• Eagerness to learn software development and web technologies
• Strategic thinker, strong analytical, data-driven, and focused
• Efficient planner who is able to meet deadlines
• Excellent logical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
• Able to make product requirements, detail oriented, holistic, and systematic
• Having a good communication skill and able to build good relationship with multi stakeholder (sales, engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and partners)
• Highly self-motivated and objective driven, strives under stress, collaborative problem solver, strong sense of ethics
• Possess leadership skill and experience in leading a team
• Experienced in development with agile method
• Experience as software developer would be huge plus responsibility
• Familiar with JIRA, PHP, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Agile, API.

Job Description :

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Build strategies to generate new potential products to elevate the user experience
• Lead product goals and roadmap process
• Drive product development process from understanding user needs, make sense of data, writing product story, collaborate with the designer and working day-by-day with engineering teams to ship the product and work closely with marketing, operations team and other stakeholders to run the new features and enhancements
• Analyze market trends to generate new ideas to grow the market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
• Oversee development progress and communicate it to related stakeholders
• Test product before launch -Involve vendors/merchants in development / testing as required, and definem track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth
• Lead the team to differentiate HiApp’s presence in the market that attracts and retains loyal customers.
