Purpose of the Job:The primary function of a Promotion Manager is to manage the day to day promotion activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company, as follows:

• Work with marketing and sales departments to create promotions.
• Work alongside the product development team to incorporate promotions after the product is complete.
• Developing the promotion strategy for the company in line with products.
• Coordinating promotional campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company’s promotion budget.
• Creation and publication of all promotional material in line with promotion plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Take responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print promotion campaigns.
• Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in, particularly in social media.
• Negotiate advertising contracts
• Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the promotion program.

Requirements:

1. Based in Surabaya/Jakarta office
2. Min. 10 years of experience in Promotion of FMCG Industry and min. 4 years within a management role.  
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management or Marketing, from a reputable university.
4. A confident and dynamic personality, strong creative outlook, detail, strong analytical thinking and project management skills, leadership skill, integrity, good management skill, show a high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result-oriented.
