Job Description:

• Develop, administer, and lead heavy equipment operator training programs
• Train dealers/end customers in safe and proper methods of heavy equipment operations
• Follow-up with dealers/end customers in the field who have received training to monitor learning retention levels
• Analyze training programs/software
• Develop performance-based systems to evaluate current and future training needs
• Develop relationships with HQ to utilize educational resources available to the company

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Heavy Equipment Industry
• Required Skill(s): microsoft office, occupational of safety and Health administration Certification, Unified Communications, Presentation
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to jobsites to deliver training and evaluate dealers/end customer's operators performance
• Team player with self-confidence and professional appearance
• Training certifications on heavy equipment operations
