Responsibility : 

• In charge for all overall inbound and return process
• Make a decision for return refund claim
• Monitor all transcations on a daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transcations
• Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance agents

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English , Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): excel
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Willing be placed in Sunter ( Jakarta ) or Surabaya
