Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field
• English Fluency is a must
• Age preference maximum 24 - 30 years old
• Able to work with a team
• Domicile around Jakarta Barat
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Shipping and Logistics Field knowledge will be of advantage
• Good Communication Skill Orientation to details Customer Focus Strive for continuous improvement
• Knowledge and exposure to Custom Regulation (for Export or Import) will be of advantage
• Good attitude, responsible, initiative and proactive, multitask and good team work

 Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle questions/concerns about package whereabouts
• Generate invoice for each customer
• Follow through with new customers, ensure to follow up any additional inquiries from agent/customer
• Managing export and import consolidation, administration and documentation
• Ensuring good coordination and communication with all customers and agents local and abroad
