POSITION SUMMARY:        Responsible for working in a group environment in supports for Human resource ( recruitment, oboarding, training development and administration). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Management or other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in production or in quality
• Has a  good communication skills and  problem-solved skill
• Good overview of many tasks at the same time
• Self-confident and enjoy an environmental based on honesty, openness, and high team spirit
• Good knowledge about manufacturing/ assembly and direct labor management

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handle the employment procedure including onboarding, resignation and contract renewal process.
• Support on recruitment for indirect and direct labor.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
• Conduct new orientation program.
• Plan and coordinate in-house and external training.
• Update monthly training calendar.
• Update BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Update, monitor employees attendance and provide advice/ counseling to the employees
• Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
• Other jobs assigned
