Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.0.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): communication, HR Management
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have the ability to analyze, systematic and focus on details
- Have high spirit, proactive, creative and have good initiative
- Able to operate Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
- Have experience in operating the HRIS system
- Identify, evaluate / analyze, develop, improve and make recommendations for improving the HC system to ensure it is in line with the company's strategy.
- Conduct, explain, delivery of HC System policies and procedures that have been approved by management to HRBP up to monitoring to ensure that they are in line according to the company's strategic targets.
- Develop / review individual KPI after the availability of the Division KPI
- Compile, revise (if any), and coordinate with other divisions related to company regulations to ensure that Company Regulations have been extended / registered with the Department of Labor in accordance with the validity period.
- Conducting updates / changes in Organizational Structure and employee needs (workforce planning) allocation per Division and functions informed by the Corporate Planning Division and conducting analysis / review of job descriptions and job grading that is aligned with strategic and business objectives.
- Compile, revise (if any), and coordinate with other divisions related to company regulations to ensure that Company Regulations have been extended / registered with the Department of Labor in accordance with the validity period.
- Prepare the availability of reports either periodically or incidentally / ad-hoc related to HC updates for Internal and External needs.
