• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Advertising/Media, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): SEO, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Optimization, Keyword Analysis, Research, Backlink Building, Content, Organic, Traction, Google Analytic, Alexa, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Comscore, Blog Writing.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Plan strategy, develop, implement and lead the SEO & SEM team of INDOZONE.
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
• Developing strategy for link building and backlink quality research.
• Manage the administrative requirements of the SEO team (include: budgeting, reports, and other needs).
• Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
• Set-up effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts.
• Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines.
• Compiling weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Write original and powerful SEO content.
• Improve websites organic search results.
• Analysis competitor traffic and keywords.
• Offpage & Onpage optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as SEO Specialist.
• Proven work experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO.
• Copywriting skill is a must and able to write SEO friendly articles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Bahasa.
• Experience with website optimization tools: Google Analytics, Alexa, Similarweb Ahrefs, Comscore and GWT (Search Console).
• Strong organizational, good leadership, discipline, time management, and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with digital media, advertising, journalism, entertainment media are a big point plus!
