Job Description:

• Conduct 6S Principle (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, & Safety) & Training to All Employee
• Reporting 6S Audit and share to All Dept.
• Following up Meeting/implemented 6S Program
• Prepare Structure system to implement 6S to All Plant
• Making and Controling 6S Awareness that relavan to implement
• Coordinating to All dept to Speed up implement 6S
• Fasilitating All Aspect 6S program need and controling implemetation that related to 6S Program 
• Make system Award/Reward 6S Program
• Make system to trigger employee to care 6S program continuous
• Budgeting and Control Cost for 6S program every year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of  Engineering or Industrial Techniques or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-4 years experience on the same position
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Strong knowledge in 6S, Kaizen, VSM, cell audits & measurement tools is preferred
• Familiar with PDCA, A3 Reports, 8D Reports, FMEA, Pareto charts, etc
• Computer literate
• Able to give training, strong communication, presentation skill & good problem solving
• Proactive, high integrity, disciplined & demonstrate initiative
• Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage 
• Able to work as team and individually, with minimum supervision 
• Will be placed at Cibitung – Bekasi
