Job Function:

• Conducting software installation for client’s production system and perform shake down testing. 2
• Solves technical and problems for client’s project. Referencing guides and provides technical direction for projects.
• Guides customer with their implementation efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption.
• Good communication skill working with client to identify information needed to clarify a risk or business situation, seeks that information from appropriate sources and use skilful questioning to draw out the information.

What We Need :

• Candidate must have a good and deep knowledge in programming with Java, C++, Windows command line (Certified in Java or C++).
• Must have a good analytical and communication skills (Verbal & written) in English.
• Working knowledgeable in the retail payments industry is an advantage
• Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT with GPA 3.5 minimum.
• Customer-orientated, resourceful, proactive, analytical, process-oriented and a team player.
