• Create the whole content strategy and plan the execution
• Develop guidelines for Employer Branding & Culture's content
• Manage product launches campaign, go-to-market strategies, and ensure that User Acquisition, Buyer and User retention performance reach the business plan objectives
• Synthesise market trends and user insights and transform these into compelling initiatives
• Be the expert of the market by keeping up-to-date with the latest changes in the industry and the evolving preferences of our target audience
• Synergies with cross-functional teams and influence product, marketing and business decisions through data-backed recommendations

Profile

• 5+ years working experience in content management
• Highly analytical and data-driven; formulates decisions and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data analyses
• Solid working and hands-on knowledge of technology platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Fluency in English
