Job Description :

• Implement and make sure all systems running well such as TPM (all machines and utility), 5S, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Operation Development for cost effectiveness, Performance Management & Improvement, Asset Reliability & Utilization, Time Motion Study, Operation and HSE system.
• Able to understand production process knowledge.
• Responsible in production monitoring to maintain the quality of the product based on budget target and translate into monthly reporting.
• Responsible to create well-time production management planning, budgeting, and quality standard also monitoring the production process.

Job Requirements:

• Have background automation, PLC, electrical control, and good managerial skill, engine (Minimum 5 years exp)
• Have a good experience and strong skill for End To End Business Process Analyze & Review, LEAN Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Kaizen event, Operation Development for cost effectiveness, , Performance Management & Improvement, Asset Reliability & Utilization, TPM, 5S, OEE, Time Motion Study and Operation based experiences in Multinational & local Company.
• Have a good leadership, high integrity, problem solving, technical & analytical skills, Managerial skill.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 12 year(s) of working experience in Tissue or Manufacture and the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English
• Full-Time position(s) available
