Job Description :

• Responsible for Service and Delivery department internal control RGC management, Assist the monitoring and evaluation of internal control/ engineering inspection/risk, evaluating result reports with internal control tools.
• Responsible for internal control training, ensuring the attendees’ time and place, arrangement of the meeting agenda. Creating internal control and risk management environment, improving internal control and risk ability and establishing long-term management mechanism by the method of the internal control and risk management empowerment, knowledge management, promotion ,transferring the top tone and so on.
• Responsible for engineering inspection, routine audit the project operation and high risk business routine.
• Organize of routine meetings, records of participation, minutes of meetings.
• Responsible for collecting and arranging internal control related documents, tracking document submission and statistical work, English translation of necessary documents.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any field.
• Incorruptibility, Uprightness, Impartiality and Abide by the law
• Be familiar with engineering inspection method and experienced for Huawei delivery project engineering inspection.
• Be familiar with engineering delivery, procurement, and supply chain business.
• Highly organized person, able to work efficiently, and do multitasking job.
• Candidate should has proactive work ethic, unbending moral code, and able to think analytically,
• Fluent in English  and Chinese Language must
• Has good communication skill, able to work independently and in a team.
• Has flexibility to thrive in fast-changing environment.
• Former Huawei staff will be high priority consider.
