PT Niaga Trans Logistik (NTL) is affiliated company of PT Agro Boga Utama, providing end to end supply chain solutions for our Customers. NTL is looking for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people to manage Sales & Operations. This role will focus heavily on developing and executing the Sales & Operations process. The main purpose of this role is to manage multiple processes to drive Sales while also delivering and maintaining a tight operation to successfully meet customer expectations with the best services. With this, you will be empowered to develop and drive the Sales & Operations processes and experience great opportunity for contribution, development and advancement! Responsibilities

• Lead, enhance, and execute day to day Sales & Operations process with engagement of cross-functional teams
• Drive alignment of supply and demand to ensure adequate capability to meet customer demand
• Define strategies to deliver results to established performance metrics
• Lead initiatives to drive best total cost
• Effectively translate a strategic initiative into a plan to meet the needs of the company
• Develop and execute thoughtful, analytically-backed strategies and optimization initiatives to deliver growth goals
• Manage multiple and a variety of work streams simultaneously while facilitating input from a variety of key stakeholders and senior leaders
• Responsible for designing and refining supply and demand planning process
• Perform and/or direct day to day administrative tasks
• Ensure that the right goods leave the distribution facility on time, in the right quantity and are bound for the right destination by the most cost-efficient means
• Responsible for managing assets in such a way as to minimize operational expenses while maximizing equipment utilization
• Supervise and monitor operations, ensuring workload is completed per customer expectations: efficiently, safely and compliant with all applicable regulations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures
• Maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances

 Required Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor Degree, with 5+ years of Sales and Operations experience in project management in transportation and logistics area
• Familiar with Warehouse/Logistic/Transportation Management System
• Must have strong computer skills
• Have the ability to communicate in English
• Have a passion to build an organization
• Demonstrate capabilities in managing multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Self-starter and team player who can partner effectively with Operations teams to define goals, launch, and optimize initiatives that drive a smooth, prospecting experience for potential customers
• Fast learner, can pick up new content/industries quickly in an extremely fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Analytically oriented, ready to leverage data and quick problem solving to make effective decisions
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality
