• Develop and executes strategies to identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities through detailed research and prospecting which includes but is not limited to; new technologies/concepts, market trends, environmental legislation and demographic/economic dynamics.
• Forecasting core competency, and communicating findings and recommendations to the organization
• Planning and execution of the company annual strategic planning cycle
• Project management of Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), domestic and international strategies, and planning and execution of key strategy forums and senior leadership meetings
• Leadership of ad-hoc strategy projects and analyses for executive leaders
• Facilitating the development of cross-Business Area market perspectives and strategies, through partnerships with business area and functional strategy teams
• Coordination of cross-business area studies and business pursuits
• Supporting M&A activities through market and strategic analysis and/or integration planning and execution
• Management, training, and development of junior analysts
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.

The Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible for the business and market analysis function, and will lead strategy projects focused on enterprise-level topics which will drive leadership in our industry and profitable long-term growth. As a leader in the Corporate Strategy organization, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of strategic projects
