Account Payable OfficerThis position will be responsible for all invoices received to entry into system in an accurate, efficient and properly manner. Responsibilities

• Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into system
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
• Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance relevant discipline from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years accounts payables experience
• knowledge of general accounting procedures
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
