Job Description :​

• Guides financial decision by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing to external and internal audit.
• Prepare budget by establishing schedule, collecting, analysing and consolidating financial data.
• Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting and reporting financial data.
• Issue timely, accurate and completed financial statement.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing the information and trends.
• Deliver full range of tax service, tax planning in compliance with laws and regulation in certain time frame.
• Manage tax dispute, tax audit, tax matter and relationship with tax consultant.
• Complies with federal, state and legal requirement; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirement and filing financial report.
• Develop finance staffs as well as increased financial acumen of employees by training.
• Maintains financial staff job result by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job result.

Requirements : 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Business level fluency both in Bahasa and English
• At least 5 Year(s) working experience as Accounting Manager.
• Computer literate.
• Required Skill(s): Brevet A, Brevet B, Brevet C.
• Knowledge in SAP is advantage.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• High integrity, good personality, honest and trustworthy person.
• Strong leadership, problem solver, strong organizational and planning skills.
• Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player, and able to work independently.
• Proven hand on operational capability within a matrix organization with flexibility to adapt.
