• The main function of the Butcher Section is to process various ingredients such as meat-fish and freshly arrived poultry or purchased from a supplier until it is ready to be cooked by other parts and to store and maintain the quantity and quality of the ingredients until use.,
• Butcher Section has an important role in a Restaurant and has responsibility in processing various ingredients that have just come from the supplier until the ingredients are ready to be cooked by other parts.
• Willing work in shifting, and in public holiday
• having skills Cut meat/fish (seafood) and poultry until they are ready to cook (RTC). This meat is then cooked by other  until it is ready to be served or ready to eat (RTE).and also Store and maintain the quantity also quality of meat-fish- poultry when used
