Job Requirements1. Minimum D-3 Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related field.3. Good knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and system.4. Good knowledge in concept and implementation of Green Building.5. Experience in planning maintenance operations.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. High proficiency in English, both oral and written. Job Description1. Manages and controls maintenance and reliability to ensure that equipment and facility are maintained efficiently, on time, and within budget.2. Oversee the preventative and predictive engineering maintenance program.3. Responsible in equipment building operation to implement efficiency cost based on schedule preventive maintenance and to avoid major corrective.4. Ensures compliance to engineering safety programs and policies, and communicates safety issues/concerns to all employees.5. Maintain good relationship with other department.6. Do a routine evaluation for building’s engineering facility.7. Monitor the use of energy in public are, like lift, escalator, internal and external lighting, pump, STP, management office, etc.8. Assist Building Manager in evaluating the use of building’s operational cost.9. Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
