We are a joint venture company focusing in energy sector. Our electricity production is provided by our Power Plant with the capacity 2 x 100 MW located in Kawasan Industri Krakatau Steel, Cilegon. We entered commercial operation on March 1, 2014 until now Electricity produced by PT KPE supplies to Integrated Steel Mill (ISM) of PT Krakatau Posco. ISM needs electricity around 200 MW for its production process. During operation, KPE Power Plant use off gas from blast furnace of ISM as main fuel. We adopt environment-friendly technology by using gas from steel making process. PT KPE has employed local and expatriate employees since its establishment in 2011. To achieve an agile and tenacious organisation structure, most positions in the Company are occupied by young talents.
