Location: SemarangStart Date: ASAPPosition: R&D Manager - Outdoor FurnitureFluent in English is a must  BLOOM Outdoor furniture is looking for an experienced furniture RND manager.The RND manager will be responsible and accountable for the prototyping, research, development and engineering of competitive, innovative and high-quality products.  Responsibilities:

• Effectively and efficiently plan, organize, lead, control and manage the Research and Development department in Semarang.
• Develop creative cutting-edge products.
• Maintain an effective and productive operation geared towards excellent customer service.
• Optimize the use of resources and maintain quality standards.
• Manage priorities between internal procedure and outside relationships
• Schedule and organize product development, product engineering, product testing and documentation plans.
• Write, evaluate and update functional feature specifications and descriptions
• Coordinate project and material resources.

  Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate preferably a licensed mechanical engineer
• Computer At least 4 years’ experience in an outdoor furniture manufacturing company in the field of Research and Development literate
• Excellent Bahasa and English skills
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• High proficiency in cost estimate analysis
• Great interpersonal skills, High degree of leadership and management competency, Obtain and guarantee smooth production flow
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Engineering graduate preferably a licensed mechanical engineer, Computer At least 4 years’ experience in an outdoor furniture manufacturing company in the field of Research and Development literate, Excellent Bahasa and English skills, Excellent leadership and analytical skills, High proficiency in cost estimate analysis, Great interpersonal skills, High degree of leadership and management competency, Obtain and guarantee smooth production flow
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
