Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Job Description :

• Perform Man Power Planning, hiring plan and strategies.
• Responsible for Man Power Fulfillment and build sustainable database of candidates.
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
• Review Organization structure and all job description.
• Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of jobs positions.
• Workload analysis for organization effectiveness.
