Requirements :- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

- Perform Man Power Planning, hiring plan and strategies.
- Responsible for Man Power Fulfillment and build sustainable database of candidates.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Review Organization structure and all job description.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of jobs positions.
- Workload analysis for organization effectiveness.
