• Minimum education: Technical High School in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil.
• Required experience: Minimum 2 years working experience as Technician.
• Have a knowledge about HVAC, Power Plant (Genset), Lift & Escalator is a plus.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and Englsih both written and verbal.
• Operate and conduct maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment and other maintenance work.
• Maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition also to ensure the safety and comfort of the tenants and employees.
