 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead and manage all operations to ensure the profitability of the Company.
• Monitoring performance at all levels.
• Implementing an effective brand strategy.
• Building professional relationships with staff and client.
• Maintaining a good image of the Company at all times.
• Recruiting and training all new staff.
• Preparing annual budgets.
• Submit monthly business performance report to the Management.
• Overall responsibility of achieving the agreed sales.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years in managing a sales team/ overseeing the office operations.
• Team player
• Able to motivate and with good leadership qualities
• Soft skills
• Understand the local legal requirements
• Good contacts with the local agencies
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Malay and excellent in writing and presentation skills.
