Responsibilities:

• Executes all company events, town hall, Champions recognition, etc.
• Executes employee communication and engagement efforts including but not limited to: content development; writing and distribution of emails, newsletters, e-boards, etc.
• Conducts new Champion induction, from onboarding through retirement.
• Supports the business objectives of attracting and retaining the best talent.
• Supports a collaborative, innovative work environment, and supporting employees who create cutting edge products/services for HarukaEDU.
• Supports various employee initiatives as required.
• Establishes, measures, and makes a report of an employee engagement survey, corporate culture survey.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time or without notice.

Requirements:

• Degree. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication discipline or related field of study.
• At least 1 year of experience in related field is required.
• Motivated by startups, working in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative environment.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, a high level of energy, and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.
• Experience in the internet and mobile communications strategies.
• Proven ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment backed by precise attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and simple graphic design tools. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
