Job Descriptions : 

• Provide high quality Level 2 IT technical support across Seek Asia Offices and to answer end user support queries in person, on the phone and via email


• Take ownership of end user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user’s issue, including any hardware, software and network systems (Operating System, MS Office suite, antivirus, email- client, office printing system, networking, etc.)


• Provide professional training and advice to end users when necessary


• Manage and maintain documentation of all IT assets and ensure all processes & procedure are compliant with the company policies


• Pro-actively work with external parties for troubleshooting, procurement, contract management


• Daily system and resources monitoring

 

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, computer science or equivalent


• Candidates with 3 - 5 years of working experience or more in the related filed are preferred


• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Servers)


• Experience with MacOS will have an added advantage


• Experience with network equipment such as Sophos, Cisco Router, FortiWAN etc will have an added advantage


• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Offices Tools and Microsoft Active Directory while being able to troubleshoot on both hardware and software


• Hands-on experience for MacOS setup, provisioning, troubleshooting


• Added advantage with Office 365 and/or BASH scripting


• Ability to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with low supervision


• Good command of spoken and written English
