• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Forestry operation management, Local Community
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
• Having experience in forest monitoring & inventory, forest management, forest fires, land measurements
• Able to work in teams
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage ecosystem restoration operations in the field, develop plans and programs and implement environmental management, social management with the community, establish partnerships and develop village forests so that operational activities can run according to company standards
• Monitor the implementation of operational activities in the field in accordance with the work plan
• Compile reports on operational activities on a regular basis so that they can be used as a basis for making periodic reports to relevant Forestry Agencies
• Manage social conflicts and establish good relations with the community and coordinate with related agencies, Village Heads, and local District / District Heads
