• Discuss with Team Leader / System Analyst to get an understanding of the requirement 
• Involve in analyzing and designing programs under coordination and supervision by Team Leader / System Analyst
• Prepare Program Specification document under coordination and supervision by Team Leader / System Analyst
• Assess the program development effort and submit it to his / her Functional superior
• Coding the program based on the approved Program Specification document and by using the standard Programming procedure
• Prepare test plans and test script

Requirement :

• In-depth knowledge of J2EE Programming Skill
• In dept knowledge of reporting such as Crystal Report, JASPER
• Minimum 2 years of experience in term of SDLC and the role of Application Developer in this lifecycle
• Ability to work multiple projects concurrently
