Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct training program for warehouse operation staff and Head office Staff
• Make sure the training program fulfilled the standard requirements and procedures, also achieved company target
• Monitor and analyzed training needs to develop costumized in-house programs with relevant training modules and materials in the company
• Ensure the quality of the training programs and evaluate training effectiveness of staff
• Motivate, develop, and evaluate staff skills and performance
• Understand about the SOP in Warehouse and in the Company

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Communication or equivalent.
• 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (is a plus).
• Clear communication and presentation skill
• Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
• Interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in PIK II
