• Responsible for managing the stocks and deliveries of products and materials in order to optimize the availability and freshness
• Maintain inventory in third party and toll out manufacturer warehouse. Ensure all materials are store according to approved storage condition in order to maintain material quality.
• Manage warehouse capacity and implement put away strategy to maximize warehouse space and reduce unnecessary cost.
• Manage and control of Budgeted Warehouse especially Over Time cost.
• Manage and control material destruction for all return, rejectes, expired, discontinues and damage products/materials.
• Supervise smooth implementation of SAP-Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Sales and distribution Module.
• Develop and review Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related with logistic process and implement in the daily activites.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with Third party manufacturing, Third party warehouse, Transporters and Distributor.
• Coordinate and ensure HSE implementation in Warehouse, as per Novartis group guidelines, in line with local HSE team.
• Identify Gap in the current activity/practice, compare with ISO 14001 (Enviroment Management System) and OHSAS 180001 (Health & Safety Management System)
• Review current documentation in the departement, to align with HSE clause in the ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Become HSE coordinator for Warehouse department; participate actively regarding HSE implementation program, follow up observation, inspection and HSE audit result.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
