   REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Japanese Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Good understanding in Japanese food (Ramen). 
• Good understanding in food cost and analysis.
• Good skill in create and developing menu items.
• Well experiences in set up new kitchen outlet.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and strong in leadership.
• Willing to work in Pluit - Muara Karang, North Jakarta.

   RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the staff and kitchen.
• Assist the Executive Chef create new menu items that reflect innovation.
• Consider the needs and desires of the customers.
• Responsible for ordering ingredients and maintaining necessary inventory.
• Train and educate new staff.
• All safety regulations must be enforced to ensure employee safety and restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and seek feedback on menu items.
• Continually check the quality of the culinary product.
• Perform administrative duties.
