Job Responsibilities:

• Actively participate with estate management in establishing annual FFB processing and palm products dispatch plans and execute it within the budget and standard & goals framework agreed.
• Coordinate, supervise and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure the implementation of the annual FFB processing and palm product dispatch plans so that production results can be achieved according to the specified targets, volume and quality.
• Develop, motivate and evaluate the abilities and performance of subordinates to ensure a good long term working environment is maintained and to upgrade know-how on processing and mill management.
• Execute approved improvements in productivity, environmental health & safety, ISPO and RSPO.
• Execute approved total productive maintenance program to maximize production continuity, maintain mill interruption hours below target.
• Maintain effective coordination with related departments within the standard & goals framework set by Company.
• Keeps liaison with related department and governmental agencies on regulations, permits, operating licenses.
• Comply with Company ethical standard.
• Ensure proper procurement with proper bidding review.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 Requirements: 

• Minimum education of S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (High Voltage)/ Chemical Engineering.
• Maximum age of 50 years.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience overseeing team of plant workers, engineers & managers.
• Know and understand technological aspects of milling process and able to meet the standards set by Company.
• Know and understand technical equipment of palm oil mills, include jetty, utilities and advanced effluent treatment system, etc.
• Predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance & Corrective Maintenance
• Good financial and budgeting skills
• Good knowledge of EHS requirements in processing and construction.
• Willing to place on sites around Kalimantan Barat.
• Multitasking and resourceful team player with good interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
